LiTaq™ DNA Polymerase is a thermostable DNA polymerase that exhibits a 5'→3 ' polymerase activity and a 5'→3 ' exonuclease activity, with no 3' →5 ' exonuclease activity. LiTaq™ DNA Polymerase is purified from an Escherichia coli (E.coli) strain overexpressing the gene of Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase. No endonuclease, exonuclease, or bacterial DNA were detected in this enzyme.

2× LiTaq™ PCR Master Mix (M0024) is an optimized ready-to-use solution containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, KCI and stabilizers. 2× LiTaq™ Plus PCR Master Mix (M0025) is a mixture of LiTaq™ plus DNA polymerase, dNTP, an optimized buffer system and an enzyme containing 3’→5’ exonuclease activity. Its fidelity is 6 times greater than that of 2× LiTaq™ Master Mix. LiTaq™ PCR mix and LiTaq™ Plus PCR mix are very cost-effective and ideal for genotyping.
