AAV(DJ/8)-GFAP-mCherry is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype DJ/8 (with capsid from AAV serotype DJ/8 and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses mCherry exclusively in astrocytes/glial cells under GFAP promoter. AAV5-GFAP-mCherry was super purified in vivo grade and can be used for both in vitro and in vivo applications. Ready to use format.
