Case Study
Quantitation of Jurkat cells using the AlamarBlue Cell Viability Reagent. Jurkat cells were diluted to the indicated cell numbers in 100 µL volumes, delivered to the wells of a microplate, and incubated with AlamarBlue Cell Viability Reagent for 4 hr , fluorescence was measured at Ex/Em=545/590 nm.
