TRIzol LS Reagent (100 ml)

TRIzol LS Reagent is a ready-to-use solution designed for isolating high-quality total RNA (as well as DNA and proteins) from a variety of liquid samples. It is a monophasic solution containing phenol, guanidine isothiocyanate, and other proprietary components that facilitate the isolation of RNA species of both large and small molecular sizes. During sample homogenization, TRIzol LS Reagent effectively inhibits RNase activity while disrupting cells and dissolving cellular components, thereby preserving RNA integrity. The reagent also supports the simultaneous processing of a large number of samples.
