TRIzol Reagent (100 ml)

TRIzol Reagent is a ready-to-use solution designed for isolating high-quality total RNA (as well as DNA and proteins) from cell and tissue samples of human, animal, plant, yeast, or bacterial origin. It is a monophasic solution containing phenol, guanidine isothiocyanate, and other proprietary components that facilitate the isolation of RNA species of both large and small molecular sizes. During sample homogenization, TRIzol Reagent effectively inhibits RNase activity while disrupting cells and dissolving cellular components, thereby preserving RNA integrity. The reagent also supports the simultaneous processing of a large number of samples.
