LiPure™ Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit (50 preps)

LiPure™ Viral DNA/RNA Extraction Kit is designed for the isolation of viral DNA/RNA from a wide range of sample types, including serum, plasma, blood, urine, cell culture media, saliva, homogenized tissue suspension, fecal samples, and swabs. The kit incorporates a proprietary buffer system that enables complete lysis of viral particles, ensuring efficient nucleic acid isolation. Viral DNA/RNA binds to a spin column, where it is washed and subsequently eluted. The isolated high-quality DNA/RNA is ready for downstream applications such as next-generation sequencing, hybridization-based detection, and RT/qPCR.
