Prestained Protein Marker consists of high-purity and pre-stained recombinant proteins, which is convenient for monitoring of electrophoresis and transfer efficiency. This ready-to-load protein ladder is formulated in Laemmli buffer with 0.1% SDS, requiring no denaturation or reduction steps prior to SDS-PAGE or western blot applications.
The bands display in Tris-Glycine gel range from 10-180 kDa (~10, ~15, ~25, ~35, ~40, ~55, ~70, ~100, ~130, ~180 kDa). The 180, 130, and 100 kDa protein bands are blue bands, the 70 kDa, 55 kDa, 40 kDa, and 10 kDa protein bands are rose-red bands, and the 35, 25, and 15 kDa bands are purple bands.
