LiPure™ EndoFree Plasmid Midi Kit (10 preps)

LiPure™ EndoFree Plasmid Midi Kit is designed to extract plasmid DNA from 15–50 mL of overnight bacterial cultures. Utilizing an optimized alkaline lysis method, the kit features a unique silica membrane that specifically binds plasmids. Specialized endotoxin-removal buffers (Buffer ERB and Buffer ERW) efficiently eliminate impurities, including endotoxins, proteins, and genomic DNA. Additionally, the proprietary P2 lysis buffer includes a color indicator that visualizes the completeness of cell lysis and neutralization, ensuring consistent extraction quality. The resulting high-purity plasmid DNA contains minimal residual endotoxins, making it ideal for cell transfection as well as routine downstream applications such as restriction digestion, PCR, sequencing, and ligation.
