Lentivirus Concentration Reagent is designed to concentrate lentiviral particles in a simple, quick and effective way. Just mix 4 volume of lentiviral supernatant with 1 volume of the Lentivirus Concentration Reagent, incubate for a short time at 4⁰C, then spin the mixture in a standard centrifuge. You’ll increase your lentivirus titer up to 100 fold in 2 hours.

Lentivirus Storage Buffer is developed to preserve the infectivity of lentivirus in storage. When stored in regular production media, usch as DMEM, after 6 months of storage at -80℃, most of the infectivity will be lost. In contrast, when stored in the Lentivirus Storage Buffer, the infectivity is well preserved.

GFP lenti particles were stored at 4℃ for different time period, then transduced HT1080 cells. Fluorescent images were taken after 72 hours post-transduction.
