LiPure™ MagBead Tissue DNA Extraction Kit enables rapid and reliable isolation of high-quality genomic DNA from fresh or frozen animal tissue samples. The kit can be used either manually or on an automated platform. The system combines the reversible nucleic acid-binding properties of paramagnetic particles with the proven efficiency of LIFESCT's buffer chemistries, providing a fast and convenient method for DNA isolation from a variety of samples. Phenol/chloroform extraction and time-consuming steps such as isopropanol or ethanol precipitation have been eliminated. The use of paramagnetic particles yields high-quality DNA suitable for direct use in most downstream applications, including next generation sequencing, qPCR, PCR, and microarrays.
