Prestained Protein Marker consists of high-purity and pre-stained recombinant proteins, which is convenient for monitoring of electrophoresis and transfer efficiency. This ready-to-load protein ladder is formulated in Laemmli buffer with 0.1% SDS, requiring no denaturation or reduction steps prior to SDS-PAGE or western blot applications.
The bands display in Tris-Glycine gel range from 10-200 kDa (~10, ~18, ~23, ~30, ~42, ~55, ~75, ~110, ~140, ~200 kDa), with orange-red band at 75 kDa, rose-red band at 10 kDa, and blue bands at the others.
