Prestained Protein Marker consists of high-purity and pre-stained recombinant proteins, which is convenient for monitoring of electrophoresis and transfer efficiency. This ready-to-load protein ladder is formulated in Laemmli buffer with 0.1% SDS, requiring no denaturation or reduction steps prior to SDS-PAGE or western blot applications.
The bands display in Tris-Glycine gel range from 8-195 kDa (~8, ~13, ~20, ~28, ~40, ~55, ~70, ~105, ~140, ~195 kDa), of which 70 kDa and 8 kDa are rose-red bands, others are blue bands.
